Fig Newton: Fig Newton loves drinking giant diet Cokes and eating buckets of extra-salt-and-butter popcorn while watching psychological thrillers, classic Hitchcock films, and horror movies. These movies cause Figgy's nervous system to be in a constant state of anxiety. And sometimes, if he moves too quickly, his own ear bells rattle unexpectedly and this causes him to shriek. These intermittant shrieks cause his friends undue stress and they've encouraged him to move more mindfully and to possibly wrap his ear tips in bubble wrap to mitigate the issue.
Materials: Fig Newton's body is made from a soft fuzzy sweater. He is filled with polyfill and has dried beans in his legs and butt to fgive him some weight. Butt is vintage button. Eyes are plastic with recycled hardware. He has three metal bells on each ear tip.
Size: He is a larger creature. In sitting position he is just under 7 inches (butt to bend of ear tip). With legs extended, he is just under 14 inches. Arm span of about 9 inches.
Shipping: $14 (US shipping only. I currently do not offer international shipping.)
Shipping Info: I take creatures to the post office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once there, your creature will ship USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes 1-3 days. A tracking number will be provided once it's at the post office. (If you order on a Tuesday or Thursday, it might go out the following ship day.)
Please note: Because creatures have small parts that could pose a choking hazard, they should be kept away from small children and pets. And, while I pride myself on their quality, they are handmade and designed to sit next to your computer or on your nightstand. They’re not for young kids or rough-and-tumble play. Please look at the size dimensions of a creature before you order as photos may make them seem smaller or larger than they actually are. Each creature comes with a printed copy of their story. Thanks for looking!
Anne's creatures are silly, weird, and awesome. Each one has a unique personality and just wants to love and be loved.
The superfluous is the most necessary.
