Ladybug Jones: Ladybug Jones is a shy creature. Crowds and noise make her nervous and she prefers a quiet home with plants, cats, and maybe small friendly dogs. Her friends tease her but she really likes listening to Enya, Her favorite things to do are to eat pesto-laden pasta, watch the Nature Channel, and take hot baths. When she's stressed, she hums to calm herself.
Materials: Sock, hardware, plastic eyes, costume jewelry, metal bells, wool roving, polyfil, and dried beans (to give her legs some weight). She has a rhinestone belly button.
Size: Ladybug Jones is a mini-creature! With legs extended she is about 9 inches. In sitting position she is around 6 inches.
Shipping: $10 (Note: If you're outside the US, please contact me prior to purchasing so I can adjust for international rates. If you purchase it at this price and you're outside of the US, I'll need to cancel the order as international shipping starts at $34 and usually is closer to $64. Thanks for understanding.)
Shipping Info: I take creatures to the post office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once there, your creature will ship USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes 1-3 days. A tracking number will be provided once it's at the post office. (If you order on a Tuesday or Thursday, it might not go out on the same day.)
Please note: Creatures have small parts and should be kept away from small children and pets as they could present a choking hazard. And, while reasonably durable, they are handmade and designed to sit next to your computer or on your nightstand. They’re not for rough-and-tumble play. Please look at the size dimensions of a creature before you order as the photos may make them seem larger or smaller than they actually are. Each creatures comes with a printed copy of their story. Thanks for looking!
Anne's creatures are silly, weird, and awesome. Each one has a unique personality and just wants to love and be loved.
The superfluous is the most necessary.

I've been creating creatures for 20+ years. Doing so is my joyful meditative practice. And I don't 'make' creatures so much as I help their existing spirits come into being. For that reason, each creature is totally unique. My creatures are like people: sometimes anxious, sometimes confused, and full of quirky imperfections that make them completely loveable.
