Otis: Otis will tell you that there are two types of creatures in the world: 'No-Nonsense Creatures' and 'Nonsense Creatures.' He is proudly and thoroughly a Nonsense Creature. He's witty and snappy and a trickster. He'll randomly belt out show tunes, set all of your bills on fire, taunt your cat, eat your cheese, steal your pillow, and juggle peanuts. But he'll also cuddle if you're sad, pet your cat when no one is looking, help you garden, and sing with the local birds.
Materials: He is made from a sock and is filled with polyfil. His eyes are scrappy recycled hardware. He has a small metal nose and belly button as well as a metal butt.
Size: He is small. In sitting position (butt to ear tips), he is 6-8 inches tall depending on how his ears are flopped. Arm span of just 4 inches.
Shipping (US only): $8 for USPS Ground or $13 for USPS Priority. Priority shipping is the default. If you prefer Ground, make a note in the provided box when you order and I'll refund the shipping difference within 24 hours. Both Ground and Priority include a tracking number.
Additional Shipping Info: I take creatures to the post office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. (If you order on a Tuesday or Thursday, it's possible your order will go out the following Tuesday or Thursday.) I currently do not offer international shipping; above prices are for shipping within the US.
Please note: Because creatures have small parts that could pose a choking hazard, they should be kept away from small children and pets. And, while I pride myself on their quality, they are handmade and designed to sit next to your computer or on your nightstand. They’re not for young kids or rough-and-tumble play. Please look at the size dimensions of a creature before you order as photos may make them seem smaller or larger than they actually are. Each creature comes with a printed copy of their story. Thanks for looking!
Anne's creatures are silly, weird, and awesome. Each one has a unique personality and just wants to love and be loved.
The superfluous is the most necessary.
