If you've selected a creature and it's a gift for someone, I might be able to add a relevant item to the creature's hand. Such as scissors for a hairdresser, a little heart for someone you love, a small wrench for a handyman (or handywoman), etc. The photos show the types of things I have but it's not inclusive.
