Policies

Shipping: I currently only ship within the US. For most listings, I offer two shipping options : USPS Ground or USPS Priority. Priority shipping is the default when you order a creature. If you prefer Ground, make a note in the provided box when you place your order and I'll refund the shipping difference within 24 hours. Both Ground and Priority packages include a tracking number. I take creatures to the post office on Tuesdays & Thursdays. (If you order on a Tuesday or Thursday, it's likely your order will go out the following ship day.)

Returns:  I hope you love your creature, but if you’re not satisfied let me know within 3 days of receiving it (based on the tracker delivery date) that you plan to return it. Mail it back to me (with tracking) within 5 days of letting me know your intent to return. I’ll refund your payment including the original shipping once I have the creature in hand and assuming it’s still in excellent condition. (Return shipping will be at your cost.)

Safety & Liability: Because my products have small parts that could pose a choking hazard, they should be kept away from infants, toddlers, small children, and any other living thing that might otherwise want to nibble on them. They are designed to sit next to your computer or on your nightstand. They are not toys and not for rough-and-tumble play. Buyer assumes all responsibility for ensuring the safety of people and pets around the product once it's purchased.

Privacy

I only collect the information I need in order to ship your item. I do not sell or share customer information with anyone.
