If you're not pleased with your creature, I'll accept a return if the creature is in excellent condition AND if you contact me about the return within 3 days of the tracking number showing it was delivered. I'll refund the purchase price and the original shipping cost, but you'll need to pay for return shipping. I'll make the refund once I have received the returned creature in excellent condition.
